The NGO Forum regularly produces studies and manuals. It has also published since 1992 a quarterly newsletter entitled Ebb and Flow, (in French: Flux-reflux) which contains articles, interviews, and book reviews on issues related to the displaced, refugees, migrant workers, and stateless and undocumented persons.

The NGO Forum has published the following:
* a study about stateless people -1993
* a brochure about the refugee status -1994
* a special file on the displaced -1995
* a guide-book about the means & techniques of implementing individuals' rights among these groups -1996
* a manual entitled: "The Rights of People in their own language."

As of February 2000, the Lebanese NGO Forum will publish several studies covering a wide range of topics related to human rights. Titles and contents will be available shortly on this site.
